We have luggage service.
Arrival: If you have your own car, you can drive the luggage to your cabin. If not, we can drive your luggage to the cabin for you. Departure: Let us know if you need a luggage pick-up.
Cabins room service
Dear Guest! We care about the environment, so we don't clean the cabin every day, just clean and restock as needed. If you are missing anything, please let us know at breakfast or at reception. We are in the wild, so the supply of hot water is not endless – we recommend no longer than 10 minutes shower. Hang towels on the hook if it is not necessary to wash, lay on the floor otherwise.

Snowhotel overnighters
All snow hotel guests also get a cabin where they can store luggage, shower and also sleep if you wish. Sauna is open 06:00 – 09:00 for Snowhotel guests.
Please note that the main building is not manned after breakfast, so most areas are closed except from the basement, where the entrance to the Snowhotel is. If you need assistance you can call 78970540 and press 9. The front door is always open so have access to your cabin if needed.

What to do when you are here:
Except from relaxing in your cosy cabin, there are lots of things you can do here.
First of all, try one of our many excursions!
If the weather does not invite to an excursion, there are also some options. You can visit Kirkenes town, a 15 minutes` drive from us. There are several shopping malls and cosy cafés.
We also have souvenirs for sale in Bingen and Gabba restaurant.
Tours you can do by yourself:
Bicycle tour up Sandnesdalen
Follow the blue line one map. You can cycle up to the dam of Sandnes river, and take a picnic break by the bank of the river. A great place to explore the beautiful surrounding nature.
Level: Medium. Some uphill parts. Distance 5, 4 km
Hiking
1. To Klubbnes headland. Past the Restaurant building and follow the track by the fjord. You can also lend fishing gear and fish for sea trout at the headland (Klubbnes). There is a camp place to make a fire.
Level: Easy Distance 700 m
2. Mountain hike. On the path on your left, on the road, about a 100 metres before your arrive at our reception.
Level: Medium. Good hiking shoes required. Distance 3 km
3. Sandnes river. Go to the mouth of Sandnes river. A beautiful place, where it is possible to camp and BBQ. This is popular bathing spot, and the water can be quite agreeable on warm days in July and August.
