Our conference room, located in the charming and scenic Låven building is Høyloftet (2nd floor)

• Quality powerful stereo speaker system

• Fixed microphone + wireless microphones

• Presentation remote

• All Microsoft programs, and other usually needed programs

Teams meetings

When holding a conference with us, you can easily include meeting participants via teams or zoom. Log on and connect to teams via our integrated PC, or connect your own laptop with one cable to access full meeting functionality - microphone, speakers and wideangle camera, to cover the whole room both in terms of audio and video.

Panel meetings

If you need a microphone to amplify the voice of the speakers, that can be done with one button from our speakers stand. If you are hosting a panel debate, or you need to amplify several participants in the room, we have several wireless microphones available, both handheld and headsets.

Support:

At every conference there will be a meeting host (from the restaurant staff), that will show you what you need, and be available for support.
