TRANSFERS

Snowhotel Kirkenes offer transfer service for all guests arriving by boat, plane or from other Hotel in Kirkenes. When booking transfer with us, you not only get a driving service, but also hands-on service, and a knowledgable driver/guide who will tell you about Kirkenes and our place. You will not only get a safe ride, but also a smooth start and finish of your dream vacation in Kirkenes

 

Our transfer offer:

In winter season (01.12.-30.04.)

Snowhotel Kirkenes offers free transfer for tours that are specified as including transfers.

For activities incl transfer, the pickup time is the same as the stated departure time for the activity.

 

The following transfers are available for overnight guests free of charge:

  •  Hurtigruten/Havila harbor in Kirkenes – Snowhotel 09:00

  • Thon/Scandic Hotel in Kirkenes - Snowhotel 13:00 / 17:00            

  • Snowhotel  - Thon/Scandic Hotel/Hurtigruten/Havila harbor  in Kirkenes 11:30           

  • Duration all transfers 15-20 minutes.

The following (airport) transfers are available for a charge:

  • Airport – Snowhotel 11:30 /20:00 (corresponding with the SAS and Norwegian flight from Oslo)

  • Snowhotel – Airport  09:45 / 18:30 (corresponding with the SAS flight to Oslo)

Duration all transfers 15-20 minutes.

In summer/autumn season (01.05. – 30.11)

The following transfers are available for overnight guests for a charge:

  • Hurtigruten/Havila harbor in Kirkenes – Snowhotel 09:00

  • Thon/Scandic Hotel in Kirkenes - Snowhotel 13:00

  • Snowhotel  - Thon/Scandic Hotel/Hurtigruten/Havila harbor  in Kirkenes 11:30     

  • Airport – Snowhotel 11:30 /20:00 (corresponding with the SAS and Norwegian flight from Oslo

  • Snowhotel – Airport  09:45 /18:30 (corresponding with the SAS flight to Oslo)

  • Duration all transfers 15-20 minutes.

Available 01.12. - 30.04. Departures between 11:00 - 15:00, corresponding with flights from Oslo and Tromsø.
