Snowhotel Kirkenes is situated 8km outside Kirkenes in the secluded wilds of Northern Norway. Since 2006 we have dedicated our lives to show our guests the true sense of arctic wilderness.
Here 180 huskies excitedly await your arrival. Reindeer graze behind our unique chalets.
At the bottom of the fjord, the giant king crabs dwell.

Welcome to Snowhotel Kirkenes, the famous ice hotel of Norway, and definitely the most unique hotel in Kirkenes. As the only hotel in the world made completely of snow and ice, we are open 365 days, both for visit and overnight stay.

In summer season, the Snowhotel 365 is preserved with innovative cooling technology, allowing you to experience a winter wonderland in July, which is just as magical as the one you see in December. You may also visit the husky farm and play with 140 huskies and puppies. Find a furry friend to take for a refreshing mountain hike. or an exhilarating Husky Wagon ride along the beautiful fjord.
