Get close to nature and your inner North Star with exercises inspired by an ancient Sami myth.
In Snow Yoga we use movements that are inspired by the Sami myths and legends in which a cosmic hunt unfolds every night in the sky.
Everything takes place in the snow – often under the northern lights.
Held by professional yoga instructor.
Available: Period 01.11. - 30.04. Tuesdays and Thursdays 16:00
Groups on request - all year.
Duration: 45 minutes
